Training & Accreditation

In 2008 and 2009 at the CEO roundtables organised by the Australian Private Banking Council it became apparent that talent retention and professional development were key concerns within the private banking and private wealth community. RFi was approached by council members and asked to see if we could facilitate developing a program with an organisation to help meet this need. After talking to a number of national and international academies, organisations and graduate schools and reporting back to council members it was decided to jointly develop with FINSIA a private banking professional certification program.
