Bespoke research projects

The majority of RFI's clients commission individual, tailored research projects specific to their requirements. In all cases RFI aims to provide clients with actionable recommendations on both a tactical and strategic basis that can be quickly implemented at ground level.

Examples of recent work include:

Co-branded reports

RFI produces a number of co-published reports for industry bodies and clients each year. These include:

Co-publishing reports are an effective way both to understand your clients customer's better and to provide value back to your clients/ members. If you would like further information on how this research and marketing tool can work for you then please contact: info@rfintelligence.com.au

Multi-client projects

In order to provide more cost-effective client solutions, RFI formulates and manages multi-client projects, where the information is still proprietary and client-specific, but is for a group of clients rather than a single client. Each project that RFI undertakes benefits from the economies of scale originating from a shared-cost research model. As a result, RFI is able to produce work at substantially reduced cost. For further information on how this solution can work please look at our five step methodology.

Member based research programs

Financial Councils

In addition to ad-hoc research, RFI runs a series of annual membership programs called the Australian Financial Councils and UK Financial Councils. These provide subscribers with quarterly reports based on primary research. These reports typically cover consumers, products, distribution, technology and competitors and track these over time. Market coverage includes private banking, mortgages, debit and prepaid cards, consumer lending and savings and deposits.
