State Custodians Mortgage Company
Heidi Armstrong, Best Thought Leader Finalist – Australian Lending Awards
Heidi Armstrong, the Director of Operations for State Custodians Mortgage Company has been selected as a finalist in the Australian Lending Awards “Best Thought Leader” category.
Heidi, a long-time resident of Lake Macquarie NSW, has been especially prominent through her “Ask Heidi” and Q & A segments in publications such as Your Money and Your Mortgage magazines, as well as in videos on YouTube and on “Loan TV” in the State Custodians website.
At the Sydney Home Buyer and Investment Property Expo at Darling Harbour she presented seminars which sought to “demystify” non-bank lending. She was also the major contributor for information published by Money Magazine in a mini-book, “Your Guide to Non-Bank Lenders.”
Having completed her training as a lawyer, she chose not to go down that pathway and instead took on a leadership role as a director in establishing and growing State Custodians Mortgage Company. It is now one of Australia’s most awarded and influential online lending businesses. From their offices in NSW they provide award winning home and investment property loans for people right across Australia.
The personal side of the business reflects Heidi’s own values. While State Custodians seeks to incorporate modern technology, it is coupled with personal service to provide clients with all that they need to apply for a loan from the comfort of their home or wherever it is convenient for them. On top of that, Heidi has led in developing a supportive and nurturing culture among staff members that is second to none. It’s no surprise that she is also actively involved in charities such as CLAN (Caring and Living As Neighbours – a charity seeking to improve the health and welfare of children in third world countries).
