Employee Charitable Outreach Program
RFi is committed to building research and intelligence communities within financial services at both a country and regional level. However RFi believes it equally if not more important to use our human and financial resources to support and help build communities which are socially and financially disadvantaged. This is the thinking behind our Employee Charitable Outreach Program.
RFi produces 6 industry events each year. RFi has committed to taking 2.5% of all delegate revenue for each event and distributing this to a nominated charity. For each event two employees are able to choose their nominated charity to split the proceeds from this revenue.
RFi also has committed to second each employee to their nominated charity for 6 days fully paid work per year. These days can be taken separately or employees can take the 6 days in one block in order to work on specific programs either within or outside Australia.
Each employee then provides an annual presentation to the rest of the company on their nominated charity and the work that they have been doing with it.

FOUNDATION FOR NATIONAL PARKS & WILDLIFE
The Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife is an organisation that cares for Australia’s natural and cultural heritage. We achieve this by purchasing land for conservation, funding threatened species recovery actions and involving the community in the conservation of Australia's environment.
The Foundation has acquired more than 360,000 hectares of land for 28 National Parks and Nature Reserves. We are the only organisation whose philanthropy is an investment in the public estate, for all to enjoy. We raise over one million dollars each year and have saved the Lord Howe Island Wooden, the Malleefowl, the Gould’s Petrel, the Yellow-footed Rock-wallaby and other unique species from extinction.
